Working with a Realtor
Whether you're a Buyer or Seller. This is the first form a Realtor must go through with you!
Agreement of Purchase and Sale
Otherwise known as an 'Offer'. Hopefully, you'll be seeing one of these soon!
In order to put your house on the market, we'll need to have this filled out.
Buyer Representation Agreement
To have a Realtor represent you as a 'client', and to write an offer, you'll need to sign this!
Seller Customer Service Agreement
If a Realtor is selling your property that isn't listed, this form can be used to agree on terms.
